Long-time OLLU Athletics Play-by-Play Announcer Michael Thompson passed away on Saturday.
Thompson has long been a member of the OLLU family. He is an alumnus, graduating with a degree in history in 2011. After graduation, Michael remained active in the OLLU community, working as a video technician in the Communication Arts Program. He spearheaded the creation of OLLU’s live streaming program, making it into a premier broadcasting system. He will always be remembered as the Voice of the Saints.
The OLLU community is invited to a prayer service today at 12:30 p.m. in Sacred Heart Chapel.
