Saints women conclude spring season, relay team will prepare for nationals

The women’s track and field team hosted and participated in the Saints Last Chance event on Friday at Holy Cross High School, a short distance from the OLLU campus.
Head Coach Patrick Torres commented, “Alexandria Segura hit a huge jump, and we had some good sprint and distance performances, as well. Nobody new squeaked into nationals, but our women’s 4x100m relay will be ready for Nationals later this month”.

What’s next
The 4x100m relay team will participate in the 41st Annual Women’s Outdoor Track and Field National Championships on May 25-27 at the Mickey Miller Blackwell Stadium in Gulf Shores, Ala. The team consists of Autumn Roberts, Larrisa McHenry, Alondra Toledo and Kiana Kebbie, with Alexandria Segura as an alternate.
