STW Krav Maga and Hardy Fitness will present a seminar about dealing with an active shooter situation that is free to people in the education field. Faculty and staff can show their university ID for free attendance.

Participants will learn skills that can save their lives as well as those of others. Pete Hardy, a fourth-degree black belt, and Rick Smith, an SAPD special operations tactic medic instructor and hostage negotiator, will provide instruction. 

The seminar will take place on June 25 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at 100 Crossroads Blvd., No. 103, in San Antonio. The cost is $25 for STW members and $30 for guests. Check-in begins at 10:30 a.m. For additional information, call 210-348-6127.
