‘Make a Difference Week’ starts today
OLLU’s “Make a Difference Week” begins today at 1 p.m. in Worden 23 with a Center for Service Learning and Volunteerism Open House. Grab some ice cream and learn about office job vacancies, volunteer opportunities, and ways to make a difference. The event ends at 4 p.m.
The rest of the week’s schedule:
Tuesday – Make a “Thank You Card” for the Sisters of Divine Providence from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. in the Mall area. (Cards will be delivered during Founder’s Week with some other gifts).
Wednesday – A blood drive will be held from 11:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. in the Mall area (VUC and Health Education).
Thursday – Research the candidates for Texas governor and more. Don’t forget that early voting starts next week. CSI is also doing some Saints fence decorating with students in the afternoon.
Friday – The hOLLUween Bash for our local youth (Residence Life, CSI and Education Club)
Saturday – Greek Service Day (VUC)
