Men’s soccer ends season with loss to TAMUSA

Head Coach Arthur Salazar said, “We didn’t possess enough intensity and we lost sight of the game plan in the first 45 minutes. It was a tough season, but now it’s time to regroup and focus on next year in hopes that the experience gained by the younger players can help us grow and move forward.”

The Saints struggled in the final game of the season. The Jaguars scored all four goals in the first half backed by 15 shots. OLLU was limited to only one shot in the first frame and goaltender Alejandro Avila made four saves. The offense improved for OLLU in the second half with eight shots but they were unable to convert.
