Jacob Friesenhahn, Visiting Assistant Professor of Religious Studies, published a poem titled “young Jesus” on Jan. 7, 2023, with Calla Press. The founder and editor of Calla Press is Samantha Cabrera. In her words, “My mission is to uplift broken people through the gift of words and imagery to glorify Jesus Christ.” The poem “young Jesus” is a reflection on the possibility of pure innocence.
