Learn about NSF summer research program for undergraduates
Undergraduate students interested in pursuing careers in the life sciences are encouraged to attend a presentation about a paid summer research opportunity with the National Science Foundation.
The research opportunity is with the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, MA. This National Science Foundation funded Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) is a 10-week summer program, includes a $6,000 stipend, and room and board expenses. Students interested in molecular and cell biology, neurobiology, physiology, developmental biology, evolutionary biology, research, and/or graduate studies are eligible to apply for the program.
