Women’s Track Field has successful showing at Trinity Invitational

The women’s track and field team opened its outdoor season at the Trinity University on March 3-4.
Head Coach Patrick Torres commented, “Our national 4x100m relay team from last year lowered their record, qualified for nationals and made their presence known. We had excellent performances from all groups, and we have so much room to grow with this already flourishing team.”
Several team members had significant results. Autumn Roberts broke the OLLU record in the 400m with a time of 58.72.
Roberts and her teammates Alondra Toledo, Kiana Kebbi and Larrisa McHenry broke the OLLU record in the 4x100m Relay with a time of 47.03. Their “A” standard time also qualifies them for the NAIA Nationals. Full results are listed on the Saints Athletics website.
What’s next
