Seven freshmen won awards for their poster presentations at the Undergraduate Research Symposium on April 20 at the Multicultural Activities and Recreation Center (MARC).

Congratulations to Genesis Aranda, Esmeralda Martinez, Jose Lozano and Khristian Harden for winning “Best Overall Presentation in Psychology.” 

And congratulations to Maximus Santillan, Jonathan Salinas and Muhammad Malik for “Best Overall Presentation in STEM.”

The symposium concluded with a presentation of McNair Research Proposals.
