The university will discontinue the use of ConvergePoint this fall. A Policy Bank housed in SharePoint will take its place.
Any links you or your department have to ConvergePoint policies, procedures, guidelines or statements will no longer work once ConvergePoint is discontinued.
If you have links to ConvergePoint policies in handbooks, websites, SharePoint sites etc., please contact rgarcia3@ollusa.edu or mscotka@ollusa.edu by June 29 for specific instructions on how to prepare for the transition.
