In observance of the Battle of Flowers holiday, most university offices will close at 12:00 PM on Friday, May 2.
However, the following offices will remain open to continue assisting students and faculty since this is also the first day of final exams.

- Financial Aid: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Student Business Office: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Residence Life: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Accessibility Services & Testing: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and Afternoon by appointment only
- IT Helpdesk & AV: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 210-431-3908
- Chartwells Dining Services: normal hours for all locations Dine On Campus || Hours of Operation
- University Police is available 24/7, 365 days a year:
- Non-Emergency: 210-431-4022
- Emergency: 210-433-0911
All other university offices will close at noon.
As you wrap up the semester, don’t forget to finish the registration process for summer and fall:
- Meet with your academic advisor and get register for your upcoming classes
- Review your student account and financial aid status
- Select a payment plan and accept financial responsibility through the Self-Service Portal
