OLLU earned the top seed after finishing 45-7, winning both the Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) regular season and tournament championships, earning them an automatic bid into the Championships. The second seeded Mountaineers of Eastern Oregon University earned a trip to San Antonio by capturing the 2025 Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) crown.
