Help Us Document Storm Impacts at OLLU

We hope you and your family are safe and were not severely affected by the recent storm.

Following the severe storm on Friday, Aug. 28, we are asking the OLLU community to help document its impact on our San Antonio campus.

📸 Share Your Storm Photos & Videos

If you captured photos or videos during or after the storm—particularly images showing campus conditions or damage—please upload them to the OLLU Storm Photo/Video folder.

Please submit photos and videos by Friday, Sept. 4.

⚠️ Report Storm Damage or Hazards

If you notice storm-related damage or hazardous conditions on campus, please complete the August 28 Storm Damage at OLLU Report.

Examples include:

  • Fallen or damaged trees and limbs
  • Excessive debris
  • Blocked walkways or access points
  • Roof or building damage
  • Water intrusion or leaks
  • Broken windows or damaged signage
  • Exterior lighting issues
  • Flooding or damaged landscaping
  • Other property damage or safety hazards

Even if you believe an issue has already been reported, please submit your photos, videos or firsthand observations. Your information may help the University better document the extent of the storm’s impact.

Your assistance will support OLLU’s assessment, recovery and documentation efforts as we work together to care for and restore our campus community.

Questions? Contact compliance@ollusa.edu or (210) 214-2764.

Thank you for helping us document and recover from this event.
