Academic Affairs Newsletter seeks submissions

The Office of Academic Affairs is seeking submissions for its weekly newsletter, which is published every Tuesday at 8 a.m. The newsletter is a great platform for sharing news, events and opportunities with the university community.

Submissions should be relevant to the OLLU community and no more than 500 words. 

The deadline for submissions is Friday at 5 p.m.

Survey of Faculty Bookstore Experiences and Preferences

OLLU has developed a survey to gather feedback regarding various aspects of your interactions with the OLLU bookstore, operated by Follett. The Office of Academic Affairs asks for your participation in this study, whether your experiences have been positive or negative, and whether you have taught undergraduate classes within the OLLU All-Access program or not. 

Your knowledge and opinions are extremely important and will help us assess and improve bookstore policies and procedures.

Please click the following link to participate in the survey, which is estimated to take 1-15 minutes for most, depending on how many types of experiences you have had and how much information you wish to share:

The survey will close at the end of Monday, May 23.

Professional Development Days scheduled for Aug. 9-10 

Faculty and staff are invited to Professional Development Days on Aug. 9-10. The session will begin with a welcome and an introduction of new faculty, staff and administrators on Aug. 9 at 9 a.m. in Chapel Auditorium. The sessions will break for Convocation and will continue after lunch and through Wednesday morning. The full Professional Development Days schedule will be announced by the Academic Affairs Office later this week.
