OLLU will host the annual Campanas de America Valentine’s Concert this Saturday in Thiry Auditorium.
Tickets range from $15 to $30 and are available online or at the door beginning at 5 p.m. on the day of the concert. Tickets purchased at the door are cash only. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the concert begins at 7 p.m.
Special guest is El Mateo Lopez recognized as the world’s youngest mariachi.
The annual Campanas de America Valentine’s Day concert will be held at Thiry Auditorium on Saturday, Feb. 12 at 7 p.m.
The concert offers an evening of romantic music performed by Campanas de America, a renowned, 12-piece mariachi ensemble. The band (Bells of America) was founded in 1978 and named after alumna Belle Ortiz (BA 1971).
Tickets range from $15 to $30. Students, faculty and staff receive $5 off each ticket. All purchases must be made at the University Events Office located in the Durango House, Monday through Friday, from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m.
