Graduation application deadline set for Thursday

The Fall 2024 Graduation Application is available in the “Graduation” tile on Saints Connect. If you plan to graduate at the end of the fall 2024 semester, please submit the graduation application before the Thursday deadline.

If you have any questions about your degree requirements, please reach out to your advisor for assistance. If you have any questions regarding the application, please reach out to graduate@ollusa.edu.

Please note, once the graduation application is submitted in Saints Connect, the $100 graduation fee will be added to your fall balance.

W2s now available digitally on Employee Self-Service

If employees have given electronic consent, their W2s for calendar year 2023 will be available in Employee Self-Service today, Monday, Jan. 29, 2024.

Access to Employee Self-Service is available through the Saints Connect dashboard, which is online at saintsconnect.ollusa.edu. On the Saints Connect dashboard, visit the Employee Self-Service card and select Tax Info. Detailed instructions to access your W2 in Employee Self-Service are available online.

OLLU will NOT mail out W2s to current employees who have given W2 electronic consent; employees will have to print their W2s from Self-Service.

If electronic consent has NOT been given, W2s will be mailed to the address on file with Human Resources. W2s cannot be picked up by current or former employees; the W2s were mailed and postmarked Friday, Jan. 26, 2024.

Payroll will address requests for re-mailing of W2s AFTER Feb. 5, 2023. Please contact payroll@ollusa.edu after this date if you have not received your W2 in the mail. If you have questions about your W2, please contact payroll@ollusa.edu.

Last day for myOLLU portal is Wednesday

The myOLLU portal is being replaced by the new Saints Connect dashboard. Content from the portal has been migrated to the new dashboard.

Please note that communication has been sent to all departments/offices that have information in the current portal to help ensure transfer over to Saints Connect. If you have materials on the portal and have not yet been contacted, please email rgarcia3@ollusa.edu.

There will be a ceremonial “unplugging” of the portal during Club Rush on Wednesday.

myOLLU portal will be discontinued on Feb. 8

The last day for the myOLLU portal is Feb. 8. Content has been migrated to the new Saints Connect dashboard.

University will discontinue use of myOLLU portal in January

The university will be transitioning from the myOLLU portal to the new Saints Connect dashboard in January. All information that is currently on the myOLLU portal will be deleted and inaccessible once the transition is complete.

If you or your department have information on the myOLLU portal that needs to be transferred to a new site, please contact rgarcia3@ollusa.edu by Dec. 7.

OLLU team leads webinar for Ellucian to positive reviews

Three members of the ITS and Marketing and Communications teams – Sulema Cabrera, Mary Puente and Ian Gutierrez – led a successful webinar on Nov. 17 for Ellucian, a leader in higher education technology.

Nearly 500 attendees from universities and colleges across the U.S. listened as Cabrera, Puente and Gutierrez explained how OLLU made its entire suite of campus technology more accessible, intuitive and personalized by beginning the transition to Ellucian Experience.

Ellucian touted the expertise of the OLLU teams on its LinkedIn page and invited its followers to listen to the webinar. 

ITS and Marketing and Communications partnered to implement and launch the new SAINTS CONNECT dashboard, which is the internal portal that will replace the myOLLU community portal that is being transitioned out. The OLLU community can now access the new SAINTS CONNECT dashboard via the current student and faculty/staff pages on the university website.
