OLLU students taking seven or more credit hours are required to carry health insurance and it is automatically added to the student account. If you have your own health insurance or health insurance through your parents, you can have the cost of the OLLU health insurance removed from your student account (does not apply to international students).
The last day to remove the OLLU health insurance fees from your fall 2024 student account is Aug. 30.

The Student Business Office and the Financial Aid Office will be closed on Friday Oct. 21 for an all-day training.
The Student Business Office will be closed for walk-in services from 1-5 p.m. each day, beginning today, May 23, and continuing through Aug. 5. During these hours, services will be provided by appointment only.
Staff will be available to answer calls and emails, but cashier and other services will only be available by appointment by emailing studentaccounts@ollusa.edu.
The office will be on a regular schedule during Lake Days and other on-boarding days for new students.
Due to Lake Day, the Student Business Office will not be accepting department/office deposits or issuing petty cash on Friday. Cashier services will resume at 9 a.m. on July 28.
