Tawana Smith and Stephanie Valverde, first-year doctoral students in Social Work, will present at the 36th annual National Conference on Race and Ethnicity in Higher Education (NCORE 2024), which will be held May 18 through June 1 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
This marks the first time that first-year students in the Social Work doctoral program will present at the prestigious conference.
