The Criminal Justice department is teaming up with the Rape Crisis Center to present the “Helping our Community Heal Conference” tomorrow from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The Conference will feature presentations from the San Antonio Zen Center, Children’s Hospital of San Antonio, Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital, Texas Association Against Sexual Assault, San Antonio Police Department-SVU, and many others. Topics will include Rape Culture on College Campuses, Rape in San Antonio, Human Trafficking and Art Therapy.

The information is geared toward mental health professionals, educators, and those who serve victims across the community.

The cost is $70 to attend. Participants will earn 6 CEUs.
