Jack Hank to be inducted in the National Hispanic Heritage Hall of Honor

JackHankInduction1The Hispanic Sports Foundation for Education (HSFFE) will honor Vice President for Student Life Jack Hank at its 10th Annual National Hispanic Heritage Hall of Honor (NHHHH) Induction Ceremony and Scholarship Awards Banquet on Saturday, Aug. 6. Hank will be inducted in the “Special Recognition” category. In addition, 10 current and incoming OLLU student-athletes will receive scholarships for their commitment to staying in school and achieving academic success. The event will be hosted by OLLU for the second consecutive year. OLLU and HSFFE began their partnership in 2007 and has since presented 82 scholarships. The NHHHH recognizes outstanding Hispanic leaders who have established a record of achievement and excellence in Education, Athletics, Business, Public Service, Military Service and Arts & Entertainment. The Special Recognition category has multiple uses, the most common being to honor a non-Hispanic individual who has chosen extraordinary dedication in the inspiration and support of young Hispanics.
