OLLU has broken the school record for the number of Red River Athletic Conference (RRAC) Scholar Athletes honors earned. In 2014-2015, the Saints had 86 student athletes accumulate a 3.0 GPA or more. This past season, 2015-2016, 96 student athletes have earned the RRAC Scholar Athlete honor. Of the 96 OLLU student athletes, nine earned a 4.0 GPA for the fall and spring semester; 42 earned between a 3.5-3.99 GPA; and 45 earned between a 3.0 and 3.49 GPA. The Women’s Soccer team recorded the highest GPA of all OLLU teams with a 3.31. Men’s Golf finished with a 3.17. Softball earned a 3.06, and Volleyball recorded a 3.00. Read full story online.
