Hamid Khan, EdD, PE, professor of management, presented the peer-reviewed paper, “Psychological Capital (PsyCap) as Predictor of Doctoral Students’ Transformational and Transactional Leadership Behavior,” at the Annual Conference of the International Academy of Business and Public Administration Disciplines (IABPAD), Oct. 19-22, 2016. He also chaired the session, “Leadership and Higher Education.”
