Review and update address information in Colleague

As the end of the year approaches, the Payroll and Human Resources Offices want to ensure that all employees’ addresses are correct in Colleague. This will ensure the delivery of important tax and insurance information. To review contact and address information:

  • Log in to the myOLLU Portal
  • Select “WebAdvisor for Employees”
  • Select “User Account”
  • Select “Address Change”
    • If the address listed is correct, nothing needs to be done
    • If the address listed is incorrect, please complete the “Address Change Request”
