The Staff Handbook has been updated and is now called the Employee Handbook. The Employee Handbook governs faculty and staff employees. It can be found on the myOLLU Portal under “Links” listed as Handbook and on the Human Resources page under University Resources. The following updated policies and processes were approved by the President Council:
- Equal Employment Opportunity Policy
- University Non-Discrimination Policy
- Sexual Harassment
- Employee Complaints and Grievances
Employees are encouraged to review the updated policies and processes and contact Human Resources with any questions.
