Chartwells, OLLU’s food service vendor, has named Shaun Comeaux as the new OLLU director of dining services. Comeaux has worked in a variety of food service settings, including hotels, delis and restaurants. He has also worked in the sports and entertainment industry for the Houston Rockets, San Antonio Spurs and Seattle Seahawks. Comeaux has been with Chartwells since 2015.
