Faculty and staff are invited to in-depth dialogue sessions to provide input and learn more about proposed Strategic Planning initiatives.

Initiatives have been grouped under three vision statements:

• OLLU Academic Programs Will Transform the University and the Lives of Students
• OLLU Will Be a Model HSI/MSI by Implementing Student Centered Practices that Ensure Every Student Persists to Graduation
• OLLU Will Be a Vibrant Community that Fosters Personal Connections, Spirit and Pride

There are meeting options related to each of the areas. Faculty and staff can attend a dialogue for each area or only the areas that are of interest to them.

The remaining dialogue sessions will take place the following days and times:
