Low-carb cooking class with nutritionist and wellness coach

OLLU faculty, staff and students are invited to attend low-carb cooking class with clinical nutritionist and wellness coach, Abby Kurth, on April 11, 2018, at 10 a.m. in Providence Hall, Blue Room.
The presentation will cover:
- the difference between healthy and unhealthy carbohydrates
- what is considered low-carb
- how a low-carb diet can be helpful
- how to make delicious low-carb dishes
