The OLLU Center for Teaching Excellence is welcoming a new instructional designer, Willie Schaefer.  Schaefer earned a Master of Fine Arts in computer art from Memphis College of Art and his Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from University of Tennessee at Martin. He has more than 20 years of experience in the design field.
