A plate sale will be held at St. Leo’s Catholic Church Hall on Aug. 10 to benefit the Esther Morales Liedecke Scholarship that is being established at OLLU. The Liedecke family is creating the scholarship in honor of their late mother, Esther, who is an alumna of OLLU. 

A Chicken and sausage plate with trimmings will be sold for $8. St. Leo’s Hall is located at 4423 South Flores St. in San Antonio.
