Equity in Athletics Disclosure and Athletic Program Participation and Completion Rates

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires co-educational institutions of post-secondary education that participate in a Title IV, federal student financial assistance program and have an intercollegiate athletic program, to prepare an annual report to the Department of Education on athletic participation, staffing and revenues and expenses, by men’s and women’s teams.

As part of the EADA, Our Lady of the Lake University is required to produce an annual report with enrollment and completion rates and disclose this information to students, prospective student and the public in easily accessible places.

Read the EADA report here. The report can also be found in the “Consumer Information” section of the website.
