The Staff Advisory Council’s Benefits and Compensation committee put forth a revised phased retirement policy for staff members that has been approved by President’s Council. As part of the revised policy, staff members who are at least 59 ½ years of age and have completed 10 years of service to OLLU can initiate the phased retirement process with approval from their supervisor.
