Surge needed as United Way Campaign ends on Nov. 20

With only a few days left, the OLLU Employee United Way Campaign needs a strong surge to match last year’s participation and giving. In 2019, OLLU recorded a 70-percent participation rate and gave $27,591.76. The average gift was $65.
The current campaign status is at 33 percent participation with $22,124.08 in donations.
The donations that are made go right back into Bexar County/San Antonio neighborhoods, and more specifically, into the agencies chosen by donors.
Contributions support more than 80 community agencies and focus areas.

There are still more than 24 prizes to win, including two lunch dates with President Melby, a Thanksgiving Dinner prize pack, and gift certificates from Chartwells and restaurants such as Deco, Whataburger and McDonald’s.
