Data should be moved to Microsoft 365 cloud

OLLU is requiring students and employees to migrate files stored on their U: drives and other departmental mapped drives to the Microsoft 365 cloud (OneDrive or Teams). Moving files from the local area network drives to the Microsoft cloud environment provides secure file access from both the Internet and from on campus while simultaneously increasing the security and protection of data.

Migration of files from U: drives and departmental shared drives must be completed by Oct. 7. After that time, you will no longer have access to data stored on local area network drives.
