OLLU community invited to ‘Barrio 5k Run for Veterans’

Barrio5KThe OLLU community is invited to participate in the “Barrio 5K Run for Veterans,” Nov. 2 at 8:30 a.m. at the Westside YWCA. The first ever 5K Barrio Run for Veterans will raise awareness and funding for La Ofrenda Veterans Monument, designed by OLLU alumnus and internationally recognized artist, Jesse Trevino. The monument will be built on the island in Lake Elmendorf next to campus.
