Madeline Wolken, a December graduate in Biology, presented the results of her research titled, “Comparison of Two Methods for Measuring Efficacy of Antimicrobial Agents,” with Dr. James Hall at the Sigma Zeta National Science/Math Honor Society annual convention on March 19.

OLLU students Christopher Woodbury and Victoria Mendez also presented their research title, “Elevated temperature and RoundUp™ Herbicide Decrease Mitotic Division and Apoptosis in Marine Primary Producers (Gymnodinium sp.),” with Dr. Briana Hauff Salas at the same convention. The Proceedings of the meeting will be published in the 2021 Sigma Zeta, the organization’s journal.
