Reminder: Input vacation leave before departing; note deadlines for time entry submission, approval

Hourly employees who plan to take vacation leave before the Christmas holiday break are reminded to input vacation hours into Self Service Time Entry and submit before departing. 

Any missed days will not be paid on Jan 6, 2023.

Also, due to the Christmas holiday schedule, the deadline for supervisors to approve time sheets will be on Monday, Dec. 19 at 10 a.m. 

For the first payroll in January, the deadline for biweekly employees to enter and submit their time will be Jan. 3 at 10 a.m. The deadline for supervisors to approve time sheets will be Jan. 3 at noon.

Payroll schedule for Christmas holidays

As the holidays approach, hourly employees are reminded that if they are taking any vacation days prior to the holiday break, they must input their vacation hours into the appropriate time-keeping system before departing.

Beginning Dec. 17, hourly employees will be able to access and enter vacation time for the pay period that runs from Dec. 18 — Dec. 31 via Self Service.

Any missed days will not be paid on Jan 7, 2022.
