The track and field team participated in the UIW Invitational this past weekend. The team ran the long-distance races. Head Coach Stephen Sherman said, “I thought the meet at UIW went pretty well for us. Laura Echeverria, Ione Rodriguez, and Nicholas Chapa all ran personal records in the 5k, and Ceara O’Donnell ran a personal record and school record in the 1500m. I thought Erica Ramos and Jonathan Yanez ran well in the 5k too.
