Employees must submit timecards prior to Christmas break

Due to the Christmas break, the Payroll Office requests that all timecards for staff must be submitted before leaving at noon on Thursday, Dec. 21. Employees are reminded to input their holiday hours for Dec. 21 (half day) and 22. Hourly employees will be paid as scheduled on Dec. 29.

Employees who are planning to take vacation time prior to Dec. 21 must input their additional vacation days and submit their time for approval prior to leaving for vacation.

Hourly individuals who anticipate taking vacation time through Jan. 5 will need to coordinate with their supervisors to make sure their hours are recorded on time.
