Women’s soccer defeated Concordia

The women’s soccer team defeated Concordia Texas 4-0 for the Saints’ second straight win. Not only was this the most goals scored in a match this season for the Saints, it is their first winning streak as well. The Saints started the scoring just eight minutes into the match with a goal from Baye Polansky assisted by Andrea Villarreal. Nadia Gomez also scored and Brianna Yanez would add two goals under two minutes apart from each other. Yanez’s goals marked the first match this season that a player posted a multi-goal game. OLLU recorded 19 shots and limited Concordia to only two shots on goal. The Saints had five corner kicks throughout the match.
