The Payroll Office requests that all timecards for student and staff employees be checked, corrected and approved by noon on Thursday before the University closes for Easter Break. This will allow Payroll to complete processing so that biweekly paid employees will be paid on time.
Remember that timecards with missed punches or missing leave hours are incomplete and may cause an employee to receive a smaller paycheck. Employees are reminded to work with supervisors to ensure that timecards are correct.
