Students in a payment plan for the fall semester must make the first payment today. In addition, students who have not made payment arrangements must set up a payment plan or pay in full by the end of today.
If making a payment or payment arrangements in person, the deadline is 5 p.m. at the Student Business Office in the Walter Student Service Center. Online payment arrangements will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. today.

On May 27, 2016, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) released a statement warning of a scam involving a bogus “Federal Student Tax.” As provided in their statement, the scam is currently presented as “phone calls from IRS impersonators demanding payment for a non-existent tax, the “Federal Student Tax.”
The statement includes further explanation of what the scam includes, how students and taxpayers can protect their information, and how the IRS is responding to the issue. Students in the Family, Couple and Individual Psychotherapy (FCIP) graduate program in Houston were inducted into Delta Kappa, the International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society on May 21. Dr. Leonard Bohanon, program director, facilitated the inaugural induction of Delta Kappa at OLLU.

The Student Leadership Banquet took place last week to celebrate OLLU’s student leaders and their contributions to the University community.
Dexter Gilford, a student in the MA/MFA program, will be defending his thesis on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in Providence Hall, Blue Room.
The University Programming Council (UPC) is hosting its annual foam party on Wednesday from 8-11 p.m. in Library Circle. The event is free to attend and will include free food and drinks. Bringing cell phones is highly discouraged. For more information, email upc@ollusa.edu.
