Faculty Benefits Fair is scheduled for Aug. 14

The Faculty Benefits Fair will be held Aug. 14 in Main Building, Room 311, 10 a.m-2 p.m.

Annual benefits enrollment provides benefit-eligible employees the opportunity to start, change or end benefits, which become effective Oct. 1, 2024. The exception is medical and dependent care reimbursement plans, which begin Sept. 1, 2024.  

All eligible employees making changes must enroll online in order to change benefits. Current benefits will carry over. The exception is the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Dependent Care Account (DCA), which require enrollment EACH year.

Faculty enrollment deadline to enroll is Aug. 28, 2024, by 11:59 p.m. 

To access the Benefits Enrollment online:
• Log into Saints Connect
• Click on Employee Self-Service
• Click on Review Current Benefits
• Click on Benefit Enrollment

Please print confirmation as this is your confirmation your enrollment is complete.

Benefits Fair and Open Enrollment set for Wednesday

A Staff and Administration Benefits Fair will be held on Wednesday in Main Building, Room 311 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

A Faculty Benefits Fair will be held on Wednesday, August 14 in Main Building, Room 311 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

All full-time employees will be able to complete enrollment through Saints Connect/Employee Self-Service/Benefits. Employees wishing to make changes will need to adhere to the following deadlines.

  • Staff employee enrollment period (includes administration) begins Wednesday, July 24. Deadline to enroll is Aug. 7, by 11:59 p.m.
  • Faculty enrollment period begins Aug. 14. Deadline to enroll is Aug. 28 by 11:59 p.m. 

To access the Benefits Enrollment online:

  1. Log into Saints Connect
  2. Click on Employee Self-Service
  3. Click on Review Current Benefits
  4. Click on Benefit Enrollment
  5. Please print confirmation as this is your confirmation your enrollment is complete.

Open enrollment for staff and administrator employees ends tomorrow

Open enrollment for staff and administrator employees ends Tuesday at midnight. To make selections:
▪ Log into the myOLLU portal 
Select Self Service/Employees/Benefits 
Complete each section until you see a check mark on each icon on left of screen 
To complete enrollment, click Review and Submit 
Once you see, “Thank you for completing your open enrollment elections,” you are done. 

Staff employees have until Aug. 9 to submit benefit enrollment changes

Staff employees have until Aug. 9 to make changes to benefits plans/coverage. To make changes/updates,  

  • Log into the myOLLU portal 
  • Select Self Service/Employees/Benefits 
  • Complete each section until you see a check mark on each icon on left of screen 
  • To complete enrollment, click Review and Submit 
  • Once you see, “Thank you for completing your open enrollment elections,” you are done. 

Faculty employees open enrollment starts Aug.10 and closes Aug. 23. 

Benefits Open Enrollment to begin July 27

The 2022 Staff and Administration Open Enrollment will begin on Wednesday, July 27, with a Staff Benefits Fair in Chapel Auditorium from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. (but closed for lunch between noon and 1 p.m.). Representatives from Benefit Plans will be at the fair to answer questions.

Green Open Enrollment Guides for Staff and Administration may be picked up at the Fair. Refer to 2022/2023 Benefits Guide for instructions to enroll. 

Open enrollment will continue through Tuesday, Aug. 9. There will be no rate changes to 2022-2023 Medical Plan offerings.

Last year, OLLU replaced Plan C with Qualified High Deductible Health Plan (QHDHP) which continues this year. HSA (Health Savings Account) offered with $500 OLLU contribution should employees enroll in the QHDHP and HSA.
