All are invited for the Community Christmas Tree Decorating on Dec. 3, from at 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Mall Area. Write a holiday message on an ornament and hang it on the tree. Hot chocolate and desserts will be served.
A special tree lighting and blessing will begin at 1 p.m. with a performance by Mariachi De Los Santos!

The University Choir will serenade participants during the official lighting and blessing of the tree.
87th Annual Candlelight Advent Prayer Service
Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in Sacred Heart Chapel
All are invited to a candlelit Advent Prayer Service in the chapel followed by Christmas caroling by candlelight in the Moye Rotunda. Refreshments will be served.

Las Posadas
Friday at 6 p.m. in front of Annunciation Chapel Â
OLLU’s 39th annual Las Posadas is a re-enactment of Mary and Joseph’s search for lodging in Bethlehem on the eve of the birth of Jesus. The procession will begin at Annunciation Chapel and continue to the steps of the Convent Building, Main Building and Moye Hall. It will conclude with a celebration in Chapel Auditorium featuring entertainment and refreshments.
The OLLU community is invited to help decorate the university Christmas tree tomorrow from Noon-2 p.m. in the Mall Area. Hot chocolate and desserts will be served.
The community is invited to return to the Mall Area at 5:15 p.m. for the tree blessing and lighting. University Chaplain Father Kevin Fausz, CM, will offer a special blessing and the University Choir will perform a Christmas concert and lead the community in caroling.
